Effective Date: 2 October 2026
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the DIJORA ONLINE VENTURES Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”).
By applying to, registering for, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms, together with the other applicable terms and policies published by DIJORA ONLINE VENTURES (“DIJORA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. About the Affiliate Program
The DIJORA Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote eligible products available through the DIJORA marketplace and earn a commission on qualifying purchases generated through their approved affiliate links or other tracking methods provided by DIJORA.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint-venture relationship between DIJORA and the affiliate.
Affiliates are independent promoters and are responsible for their own activities, expenses, taxes, and legal obligations.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Be legally permitted to enter into an agreement of this nature.
- Use the Affiliate Program for legitimate promotional purposes.
- Comply with these Affiliate Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
DIJORA may approve or reject an affiliate application at its discretion.
DIJORA may also request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify an affiliate account.
3. Affiliate Account
Each affiliate must maintain accurate account information, including contact and payout details.
An affiliate may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional commissions, bypassing program limits, or otherwise manipulating the Affiliate Program.
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for activities carried out through your account.
4. Affiliate Links and Tracking
After approval, DIJORA may provide you with unique affiliate links, codes, or other tracking tools.
Commissions are attributed using the tracking technology and attribution rules implemented by DIJORA.
DIJORA cannot guarantee that every referral will be tracked where tracking is affected by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including browser settings, deleted cookies, blocked tracking technologies, technical failures, device changes, or other third-party limitations.
Where DIJORA’s records differ from an affiliate’s own records, DIJORA’s records will generally be used to determine commission eligibility, subject to correction where a demonstrable error has occurred.
5. Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is a completed purchase of an eligible DIJORA product that is properly attributed to an affiliate and is not subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to involve fraud or abuse.
A commission is not earned merely because a person clicks an affiliate link.
DIJORA may exclude certain products, transactions, customers, promotional campaigns, or sales channels from commission eligibility. Any applicable exclusions may be communicated through the affiliate platform or relevant promotional terms.
6. Commission Rates
Commission rates may vary depending on the product, promotion, affiliate level, campaign, or other conditions established by DIJORA.
The commission rate applicable to a qualifying sale will be the rate communicated or displayed by DIJORA for that sale or promotion.
DIJORA may change future commission rates, affiliate levels, products eligible for commission, or promotional structures. Changes will not normally alter commissions that have already been validly earned before the change takes effect.
7. Calculation of Commissions
Unless otherwise stated for a particular promotion, commissions are calculated on the eligible amount of a qualifying sale after applicable discounts and excluding amounts that are not attributable to the underlying product sale, such as taxes, payment-processing charges, refunds, chargebacks, or other excluded amounts.
Where an order contains products with different commission rules, each eligible product may be calculated according to its applicable rate.
8. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks
If a customer cancels an order, receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, or a transaction is otherwise reversed, the related affiliate commission may be cancelled or deducted from the affiliate’s current or future balance.
If a commission was paid before the relevant transaction was refunded or reversed, DIJORA may recover that amount by deducting it from future commissions or otherwise adjusting the affiliate account.
9. Payouts
Approved commissions become payable according to the payout schedule and requirements established by DIJORA.
DIJORA may use manual or other supported payout methods and may require the affiliate to provide complete and accurate payout information before funds can be released.
DIJORA may apply a minimum payout threshold where one is stated in the Affiliate Program.
Commissions that have not reached the applicable payout threshold may remain in the affiliate account until the threshold is reached, subject to the terms of the program.
DIJORA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details, payment providers, banks, mobile-money services, or other third-party payment systems.
10. Verification and Holding Periods
DIJORA may delay payment for a reasonable period to allow transactions to be verified and to account for possible refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate transactions, or other issues affecting commission eligibility.
DIJORA may request information reasonably necessary to verify an affiliate account or transaction before releasing a payout.
11. Self-Referrals and Related Transactions
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links to generate commissions on purchases made by themselves where the purpose is to obtain a commission.
Unless expressly authorized by DIJORA, affiliates must not use affiliate links to generate commissions through purchases made by closely related parties, controlled businesses, fake accounts, or other arrangements designed primarily to generate commissions rather than genuine customer sales.
DIJORA may investigate transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with genuine customer activity.
12. Prohibited Promotional Practices
Affiliates must promote DIJORA and its products honestly and lawfully.
Unless DIJORA gives written permission, affiliates must not:
- Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about DIJORA or its products.
- Misrepresent themselves as DIJORA employees, representatives, or official customer-service personnel.
- Use deceptive redirects, forced clicks, automatic redirects, hidden links, or other manipulative methods to generate referrals.
- Use malware, spyware, browser extensions, unwanted software, or other harmful or deceptive technology to obtain commissions.
- Generate artificial clicks, leads, sales, downloads, or other activity.
- Use spam or unsolicited bulk messages to promote affiliate links.
- Promote affiliate links through fraudulent websites or accounts.
- Attempt to bypass tracking, attribution, commission limits, or other Affiliate Program controls.
- Use promotional methods that violate applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, or third-party service terms.
DIJORA may prohibit additional promotional methods where reasonably necessary to protect customers, sellers, the DIJORA brand, or the integrity of the Affiliate Program.
13. Disclosure of Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting DIJORA products where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, advertising standards, or platform rules.
Affiliate promotions must not give consumers the misleading impression that an affiliate’s recommendation is independent when the affiliate may receive a commission from a resulting purchase.
14. Advertising and Search Engine Promotion
Affiliates may use permitted advertising and promotional channels provided their activities comply with these Affiliate Terms and the rules of the relevant advertising platform.
Affiliates must not represent paid advertisements as official DIJORA advertisements unless authorized.
Unless DIJORA provides written permission, affiliates must not bid on or purchase advertising keywords that improperly target DIJORA’s trademarks, brand names, or other protected identifiers in a way that creates confusion or falsely suggests that the affiliate is DIJORA.
Affiliates must not create websites, social-media accounts, advertisements, or other materials that are likely to confuse customers about whether they are operated by DIJORA.
15. Social Media Promotion
Affiliates may promote eligible DIJORA products through permitted social-media channels provided that their posts and other promotional content are truthful, appropriate, and compliant with the rules of the relevant platform.
Affiliates are responsible for the content they publish and must not use DIJORA’s name, branding, product information, or promotional materials in a misleading manner.
16. Use of DIJORA Brand and Content
DIJORA may provide approved logos, images, product descriptions, banners, links, or other promotional materials for affiliate use.
Affiliates may use these materials only for legitimate promotion of DIJORA and only in accordance with any instructions or restrictions provided by DIJORA.
Affiliates do not receive ownership of DIJORA’s trademarks, logos, website content, or other intellectual property by participating in the Affiliate Program.
17. Product Claims and Representations
Affiliates must use accurate information when describing DIJORA products.
Affiliates must not make guarantees about a product’s results, income potential, health effects, business outcomes, or other claims that are not supported by the product information or authorized by DIJORA or the relevant seller.
An affiliate is responsible for claims made in their own promotional content.
18. Customer Relationships
Affiliate links are intended to refer customers to DIJORA.
Affiliates must not collect payment from customers on behalf of DIJORA unless specifically authorized.
Affiliates must not claim ownership of DIJORA customer accounts, orders, or customer relationships merely because a customer was referred through an affiliate link.
19. Affiliate Data and Privacy
Affiliates may be required to provide certain information when registering for and participating in the Affiliate Program.
DIJORA will handle such information in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy.
Affiliates must also comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements when collecting or using personal information in connection with their own promotional activities.
20. Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for determining and meeting any tax, reporting, registration, or other legal obligations arising from commissions they receive.
DIJORA does not provide individual tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Where required by law, DIJORA may request information or take steps necessary for tax or regulatory reporting.
21. Monitoring and Verification
DIJORA may monitor affiliate activity for compliance with these Affiliate Terms, transaction integrity, fraud prevention, customer protection, and proper operation of the Affiliate Program.
DIJORA may investigate unusual traffic, transaction patterns, promotional activity, or other conduct that reasonably raises concerns about compliance or commission validity.
22. Suspension or Termination
An affiliate may stop participating in the Affiliate Program at any time.
DIJORA may suspend or terminate an affiliate account where it reasonably believes that the affiliate:
- Has breached these Affiliate Terms.
- Has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity.
- Has generated invalid or manipulated transactions.
- Has misused DIJORA’s intellectual property or branding.
- Has materially harmed or created significant risk to DIJORA, its sellers, customers, or the Affiliate Program.
DIJORA may also suspend an account temporarily while investigating suspected violations.
Where appropriate, commissions associated with invalid, fraudulent, reversed, or otherwise disallowed transactions may be cancelled.
23. Effect of Termination
After termination, the affiliate must stop using DIJORA affiliate links, promotional materials, logos, and other materials provided for participation in the Affiliate Program.
Eligible commissions arising from valid transactions completed before termination may remain payable, subject to verification and any applicable refund, chargeback, or other adjustment.
Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
24. No Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any particular number of clicks, customers, sales, commissions, or income.
Affiliate results depend on numerous factors, including the affiliate’s audience, promotional methods, customer demand, product interest, and other circumstances outside DIJORA’s control.
25. Changes to the Affiliate Program
DIJORA may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Affiliate Program where reasonably necessary, including commission structures, eligible products, tracking methods, promotional rules, payout methods, or program features.
Where appropriate, DIJORA will communicate material changes through the affiliate platform, website, or other reasonable means.
26. Responsibility for Affiliate Activities
Affiliates are responsible for their own promotional materials, websites, social-media accounts, advertising campaigns, communications, and other activities used to promote DIJORA.
DIJORA is not responsible for an affiliate’s independent business activities, expenses, advertising costs, or commitments to third parties.
27. No Unauthorized Representation
An affiliate must not claim or imply that they have authority to act on behalf of DIJORA, enter into agreements for DIJORA, provide official support on DIJORA’s behalf, or make binding commitments for DIJORA unless expressly authorized.
28. Agreement to These Terms
By registering for or continuing to participate in the DIJORA Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
Participation may also be subject to additional campaign-specific rules, product-specific conditions, or instructions communicated by DIJORA.
29. Updates to These Terms
DIJORA ONLINE VENTURES may update these Affiliate Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Affiliate Program, services, business practices, legal requirements, or payment arrangements.
The updated version published on the DIJORA website will apply from its stated effective date.
