Effective Date: 2 October 2026
DIJORA ONLINE VENTURES respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from sellers, customers, and other users of the DIJORA platform.
This policy explains how copyright and other intellectual property matters are handled on DIJORA.
1. Ownership of Content
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in a digital product belong to the seller, author, publisher, or other lawful rights holder.
Purchasing or downloading a digital product from DIJORA does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights to the customer.
The customer receives only the rights of use that are expressly provided with the purchased product or by applicable law.
2. Use of Purchased Products
Unless the product description or accompanying licence states otherwise, purchased digital products are intended for the customer’s personal use.
Customers must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, copy for commercial distribution, or otherwise exploit a digital product beyond the rights granted to them.
Where a product includes a specific licence or permitted-use terms, those terms will apply to the extent permitted by law.
3. DIJORA Intellectual Property
The DIJORA name, brand, website, logos, graphics, original website content, and other materials created or owned by DIJORA are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
4. Copyright Infringement Reports
If you believe that a product or other material available on DIJORA infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may report it to us at:
Email: info@dijoraonline.com
A report should provide enough information for us to understand and investigate the complaint, including where reasonably possible:
- Your name and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you believe has been infringed.
- Identification or a link to the material on DIJORA that you believe is infringing.
- A brief explanation of the alleged infringement.
- Information or evidence supporting your claim of ownership or authorization to act for the rights holder.
- Any other information reasonably necessary to help us investigate the matter.
Submitting a false or deliberately misleading infringement complaint may result in appropriate action.
5. Review of Complaints
When DIJORA receives a credible intellectual property complaint, we may review the material and contact the relevant seller or rights holder for further information.
Depending on the circumstances, we may temporarily restrict access to the material while the complaint is being investigated.
Where appropriate, DIJORA may remove or disable access to material that is reasonably believed to infringe intellectual property rights.
6. Seller Response
Where a seller’s product is the subject of a copyright or intellectual property complaint, the seller may be asked to provide information or evidence showing that they own the relevant rights or have permission to distribute the material.
DIJORA may consider the information provided by both sides when deciding what action is appropriate.
Nothing in this policy prevents the parties from resolving a dispute directly or pursuing any rights or remedies available to them under applicable law.
7. Repeat Infringement
DIJORA may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to seller accounts or remove products where there are repeated or serious intellectual property violations.
The action taken will depend on the circumstances and the nature of the violation.
8. Third-Party Materials
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that images, text, fonts, photographs, illustrations, music, videos, templates, trademarks, software, and other third-party materials included in their products are used lawfully and with any required permission or licence.
DIJORA does not assume ownership of third-party materials merely because they are included in a product listed on the platform.
9. Policy Updates
DIJORA ONLINE VENTURES may update this Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable requirements, or business practices.
The latest version published on the DIJORA website will apply from its stated effective date.
