Seller Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 2 October 2026

These Seller Terms & Conditions apply to individuals or businesses that submit, list, promote, or sell digital products through DIJORA ONLINE VENTURES (“DIJORA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering as a seller or submitting a product for sale on DIJORA, you agree to these Seller Terms & Conditions.

1. Becoming a Seller

To sell through DIJORA, you must provide accurate information required for seller registration and maintain that information as necessary.

You must have the legal right and authority to sell the products you submit. Where you operate as a business or organization, you are responsible for ensuring that the person registering the account is authorized to act on its behalf.

DIJORA may review seller applications and may approve, reject, suspend, or restrict seller accounts at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

2. Seller Responsibility for Products

You are fully responsible for every digital product you submit or sell through DIJORA.

You must ensure that your products:

  • Are accurately described.
  • Are reasonably complete and usable as described.
  • Do not contain unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harmful material.
  • Do not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • Do not contain malicious software, harmful code, or files intended to damage or interfere with another person’s device or data.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not upload or sell material that you do not have permission or legal rights to distribute.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights that you lawfully own in your products.

By submitting a product to DIJORA, you give DIJORA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, display, advertise, promote, distribute, and make the product available through the DIJORA platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to DIJORA.

You are responsible for obtaining any permissions, licences, releases, or other rights required for content included in your products.

4. Product Listings and Information

Sellers must provide accurate and sufficiently clear information about each product, including where applicable its title, description, file type, contents, requirements, and intended use.

Product descriptions must not contain false or misleading claims.

DIJORA may request changes to a listing where information is unclear, misleading, incomplete, inappropriate, or inconsistent with these Seller Terms.

5. Pricing

Sellers are responsible for setting and maintaining the selling price of their products, subject to any pricing rules or platform requirements communicated by DIJORA.

DIJORA may display prices in different currencies or formats depending on the payment method or customer location.

Any applicable DIJORA fees, commissions, or other deductions will be communicated through the seller onboarding process, seller area, product submission process, or other applicable platform information.

6. Sales, Fees and Seller Payouts

When a product is sold, the seller is entitled to the applicable amount remaining after any agreed DIJORA fees, commissions, refunds, chargebacks, payment-processing costs, or other applicable deductions.

Seller payouts will be made using the payment method and payout process supported by DIJORA.

DIJORA may delay or withhold a payout where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, chargebacks, unlawful activity, or a breach of these Seller Terms.

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payment and payout information.

7. Customer Support and Product Issues

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products function substantially as described and for providing reasonable assistance where a customer experiences a genuine product-related problem.

DIJORA may assist with customer enquiries, technical delivery issues, or marketplace-related matters, but this does not transfer responsibility for the product from the seller to DIJORA.

Where a product is defective, incorrectly delivered, materially different from its description, or otherwise gives rise to a legitimate customer complaint, DIJORA may take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement, restoring access, or processing an appropriate refund where applicable.

8. Prohibited Products and Content

DIJORA may refuse or remove products that, in its reasonable judgment:

  • Infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
  • Contain unlawful or fraudulent material.
  • Promote or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Contain malware or malicious code.
  • Mislead customers about the nature or results of the product.
  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Are unsuitable for the DIJORA marketplace.

DIJORA may also impose additional restrictions on certain types of products where necessary for legal, safety, payment-processing, or platform reasons.

9. Seller Conduct

Sellers must not manipulate sales, reviews, downloads, rankings, or other marketplace activity.

Sellers must not use DIJORA to distribute spam, malware, fraudulent offers, unauthorized advertising, or content unrelated to the legitimate sale of their products.

A seller must not attempt to bypass DIJORA’s payment or marketplace systems in order to avoid applicable fees or restrictions.

10. Copyright Complaints and Disputes

If DIJORA receives a credible complaint that a seller’s product infringes another person’s rights, DIJORA may temporarily restrict access to the product while the matter is reviewed.

Sellers may be required to provide information or evidence demonstrating their right to distribute the disputed material.

Repeated or serious intellectual-property violations may result in removal of products or termination of the seller account.

11. Product Removal

DIJORA may temporarily suspend, restrict, or remove a product where it reasonably believes that the product:

  • Violates these Seller Terms.
  • Creates legal, security, payment, or reputational risk.
  • Has generated credible complaints.
  • Cannot be reliably delivered or accessed.
  • Contains inaccurate or misleading information.

Where appropriate, DIJORA may notify the seller and provide an opportunity to address the issue.

12. Seller Account Suspension or Termination

A seller may stop selling through DIJORA at any time, subject to any outstanding transactions or obligations.

DIJORA may suspend or terminate a seller account where there is a serious or repeated breach of these Seller Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, intellectual-property infringement, abuse of the platform, or other circumstances that reasonably require action.

Termination does not remove obligations relating to transactions, intellectual property, refunds, disputes, or other matters that arose before termination.

13. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for determining and meeting their own tax, registration, licensing, reporting, and other legal obligations arising from their sales.

DIJORA does not provide individual tax, legal, or accounting advice to sellers.

14. No Guarantee of Sales

Being accepted as a DIJORA seller does not guarantee that any particular number of products will be sold, downloaded, viewed, or promoted.

DIJORA may change marketplace features, product visibility, promotional opportunities, or other aspects of the platform from time to time.

15. Changes to Seller Terms

DIJORA may update these Seller Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to the marketplace, business practices, payment arrangements, legal requirements, or services.

The latest version published on the DIJORA website will apply to future seller activity after it becomes effective.
