2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Website, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms;
- You agree to comply with them;
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website.
3. Changes to These Terms
Dijora may update or amend these Terms from time to time.
Changes may be made to reflect:
- Changes to the Website or our services;
- Changes to products or marketplace features;
- Changes to applicable laws or regulations;
- New services or functionality; or
- Operational or security requirements.
When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date shown at the beginning of these Terms.
Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to make purchases through Dijora.
Where a user is a minor, use of the Website should be undertaken with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
Certain marketplace activities, including becoming a Seller or Affiliate, may be subject to additional age, identity, or eligibility requirements.
Dijora may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, identity, ownership, or authority.
5. User Accounts
Certain features of the Website may require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other account credentials.
You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless you notify Dijora of unauthorised access.
You must not:
- Share your account credentials with another person;
- Allow another person to use your account in a manner that violates these Terms;
- Create accounts using false information;
- Impersonate another person or entity;
- Create multiple accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes; or
- Use another person’s account without permission.
Dijora may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, a security issue, a violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
6. Digital Products
Dijora primarily provides digital products that may be delivered through download links, customer accounts, email, or other electronic methods.
Before purchasing a product, you are responsible for reviewing the product description, including where applicable:
- Product title;
- Description;
- File format;
- Product size;
- Compatibility information;
- Intended use;
- Any stated limitations; and
- Any specific licence terms.
A product may be supplied in formats such as PDF, EPUB, DOCX, ZIP, or other formats specified on the product page.
Dijora does not guarantee that every digital product will be compatible with every device, operating system, application, or software environment.
7. Purchasing Digital Products
When you place an order on Dijora, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected digital product under the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
An order may not be considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and Dijora or the applicable payment provider has confirmed the transaction.
Dijora reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:
- Suspected fraud;
- Payment failure;
- Technical or pricing errors;
- Availability issues;
- Violation of these Terms; or
- Other circumstances permitted by law.
Where a paid order is cancelled by Dijora and you are entitled to a refund, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
8. Prices and Payments
Prices for products are displayed on the Website or at checkout.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been successfully completed, except where adjustment is required because of an obvious error or applicable law.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Dijora does not necessarily receive or store all payment information submitted to third-party payment providers.
Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies, and you should review them where applicable.
Where taxes, duties, or other legally required charges apply, these may be included in or added to the applicable transaction price as required by law.
9. Digital Delivery and Access
After successful payment, Dijora may provide access to the purchased product through:
- A download link;
- Your customer account;
- Email; or
- Another electronic delivery method.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to your account where delivery depends on an account.
Download links may be subject to reasonable security, expiry, download, or access restrictions intended to protect the digital product and prevent abuse.
If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing a purchased product, you should contact Dijora through the contact information provided on the Website.
10. Licence to Use Purchased Digital Products
Unless the product description states otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that product for lawful personal use.
You do not acquire ownership of the underlying copyright or intellectual-property rights merely by purchasing or downloading a digital product.
Unless expressly authorised by Dijora or the relevant rights holder, you must not:
- Resell the digital product;
- Redistribute it;
- Upload it to another website or platform;
- Share download links with others;
- Make it publicly available;
- Reproduce it for commercial distribution;
- Claim authorship of it;
- Remove copyright or ownership notices;
- Alter or modify it for redistribution; or
- Use it in any manner that infringes the rights of the creator or rights holder.
Different products may contain different licences. Where a product expressly grants additional rights, those rights will apply to the extent stated in the product description or applicable licence.
11. Unauthorised Sharing
Digital products purchased through Dijora are generally intended for the purchaser’s permitted use.
You must not distribute a purchased product to friends, colleagues, groups, websites, social-media pages, file-sharing services, messaging groups, or other third parties unless the applicable licence expressly allows such distribution.
Unauthorised distribution may result in suspension or termination of your account and may result in legal action where appropriate.
12. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Dijora Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Because digital products may be delivered electronically and accessed immediately, the circumstances in which a refund is available may differ from those applying to physical goods.
Examples of circumstances that may be considered for a refund or other remedy include:
- A payment was duplicated;
- The purchased file is materially defective;
- The product cannot reasonably be accessed or downloaded due to a technical problem attributable to Dijora;
- The wrong product was delivered;
- A transaction was not authorised; or
- Another circumstance in which a refund or remedy is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a refund is approved for a digital product, Dijora may revoke access to the relevant product where appropriate.
13. Sellers and Marketplace Products
Dijora may allow approved Sellers to upload and sell digital products through the Website.
Sellers are independent users of the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
A Seller is responsible for:
- The accuracy of their product information;
- The legality of their products;
- Having the necessary rights and permissions to sell the products;
- Ensuring their products do not infringe third-party rights;
- Providing accurate descriptions;
- Complying with applicable laws; and
- Complying with Dijora’s Seller Terms and marketplace rules.
Dijora does not automatically endorse or guarantee every product, Seller, author, statement, or claim appearing on the marketplace.
Where a product is supplied by an independent Seller, the Seller remains responsible for the content and rights associated with that product, subject to applicable law and Dijora’s responsibilities as marketplace operator.
14. Seller Content and Intellectual Property
A Seller retains ownership of intellectual-property rights that the Seller lawfully owns in their product.
By submitting a product to Dijora, the Seller grants Dijora the permissions reasonably necessary to:
- Host the product;
- Display its title, description, cover image, previews, and other marketing information;
- Process transactions;
- Deliver the product to purchasers;
- Promote the product through Dijora’s Website, social-media channels, marketing materials, and other marketplace activities; and
- Operate and improve the marketplace.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the Seller’s intellectual property to Dijora.
A Seller must not upload or sell content that they do not have the legal right to distribute.
15. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
Dijora respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights.
Unless otherwise stated, the Website, its design, branding, logos, text, graphics, software, layout, compilations, and other original materials provided by Dijora are owned by or licensed to Dijora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Dijora’s proprietary materials without appropriate authorisation.
Products uploaded by Sellers may belong to the respective Sellers or other rights holders.
If you believe that a product or other material on the Website infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, you may submit a complaint to info@dijoraonline.com.
A copyright complaint should provide sufficient information to identify:
- The work claimed to be infringed;
- The material or product complained about;
- The location of the material on the Website;
- Your ownership or authority to act on behalf of the rights holder;
- Your contact information; and
- Any supporting information reasonably necessary to assess the complaint.
Dijora may remove, disable access to, or investigate allegedly infringing material in accordance with applicable law and its marketplace procedures.
16. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Dijora to:
- Commit or facilitate unlawful activity;
- Defraud another person;
- Impersonate another person or organisation;

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- Circumvent technical security measures;
- Interfere with Website operations;
- Scrape or systematically copy Website content without permission;
- Abuse payment systems;
- Manipulate reviews or ratings;
- Conduct fraudulent transactions;
- Misuse download systems;
- Circumvent access controls;
- Distribute purchased products without permission;
- Upload content containing unlawful or harmful material; or
- Use the Website in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Dijora may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
17. User Reviews, Comments, and Submissions
Where Dijora allows reviews, ratings, comments, or other user submissions, you remain responsible for the content you submit.
You must not submit content that:
- Is knowingly false or misleading;
- Infringes another person’s rights;
- Contains unlawful threats or harassment;
- Contains malicious code;
- Is defamatory or unlawfully harmful;
- Contains private information about another person without appropriate authority;
- Is spam or promotional abuse; or
- Violates these Terms.
By submitting content to the Website, you grant Dijora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for purposes connected with operating, improving, and promoting the Website, subject to applicable law.
Dijora may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
18. Promotions and Discounts
Dijora may occasionally offer:
- Discounts;
- Coupons;
- Promotional codes;
- Special offers;
- Bundles; or
- Other promotional campaigns.
Promotional offers may have separate terms, eligibility requirements, expiry dates, or restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and are not redeemable for cash.
Dijora may correct obvious promotional or pricing errors and may withdraw a promotion where necessary.
19. Affiliate Programme
Dijora may operate an affiliate programme through which approved Affiliates can earn commissions by referring customers to qualifying products or services.
The affiliate programme may be subject to separate Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
Where separate Affiliate Terms apply, those terms will govern participation in the affiliate programme in addition to these Terms.
Dijora may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account where an Affiliate uses prohibited marketing methods, generates fraudulent transactions, manipulates tracking, or otherwise violates the applicable terms.
20. Third-Party Services
The Website may use or link to third-party services, including:
- Payment processors;
- Email services;
- Analytics services;
- Hosting providers;
- Download or storage services;
- Affiliate tracking systems; and
- Other technology providers.
These third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Dijora is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services except where applicable law provides otherwise.
21. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
Such links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that Dijora endorses or controls the linked website.
You access third-party websites at your own risk and should review their applicable terms and policies.
22. Website Availability
Dijora will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Website and marketplace, but we do not guarantee that:
- The Website will always be available;
- The Website will always operate without interruption;
- All products will always remain available;
- Download links will never experience technical problems; or
- The Website will be completely free from errors or security vulnerabilities.
The Website may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Updates;
- Hosting problems;
- Network failures;
- Security incidents;
- Third-party service interruptions;
- Technical faults; or
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
23. Product Information and Educational Content
Dijora may make available educational, informational, and practical content.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such material is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, engineering, safety, agricultural, or other specialist advice.
Where a product contains recommendations, instructions, calculations, procedures, or practical information, users should independently assess whether that information is suitable for their particular circumstances.
Where specialist or regulated advice is required, users should consult a suitably qualified professional.
24. No Guarantee of Results
Dijora does not guarantee that purchasing or using any product will produce a particular financial, business, educational, agricultural, professional, or personal result.
Results will depend on numerous factors, including the user’s circumstances, actions, resources, skills, and external conditions.
Product descriptions should not be interpreted as guarantees of specific outcomes unless expressly stated and lawfully supported.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Dijora does not guarantee that the Website, marketplace, or every product will be:
- Completely uninterrupted;
- Completely error-free;
- Compatible with every device;
- Suitable for every purpose; or
- Free from all technical problems.
However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a warranty, guarantee, consumer right, or other protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dijora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or a digital product.
This may include loss arising from:
- Loss of data;
- Loss of business;
- Loss of expected profits;
- Loss of opportunity;
- Business interruption; or
- Unauthorised access resulting from circumstances outside Dijora’s reasonable control.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Dijora’s liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Dijora, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Website;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your infringement of another person’s rights;
- Your fraudulent activity;
- Your misuse of purchased digital products; or
- Content you upload or submit to Dijora.
This section does not apply to the extent that the loss was caused by Dijora’s own unlawful conduct or other circumstances for which liability cannot legally be transferred.

Dijora may suspend or terminate access to an account or marketplace feature where reasonably necessary, including where:
- These Terms are violated;
- Fraud is suspected;
- There is unauthorised use;
- Copyright infringement is suspected;
- Payment abuse occurs;
- The account presents a security risk;
- Unlawful activity is suspected; or
- Continued access could harm the Website, other users, or third parties.
Where appropriate, Dijora may provide notice before suspension or termination.
Termination of an account does not automatically remove obligations or rights that by their nature should continue after termination.
29. Effect of Account Termination
If your account is terminated or suspended because of a violation of these Terms, Dijora may restrict access to products, services, or marketplace features associated with that account, subject to applicable law.
Where you have legitimately purchased a product and retain a legal right to access it, Dijora will take reasonable account of that right.
30. Privacy
Dijora collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed for purposes including account administration, order processing, payment processing, product delivery, customer support, security, fraud prevention, marketplace administration, and other lawful purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Dijora will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

This may include:
- Order confirmations;
- Download information;
- Account notifications;
- Customer-support communications;
- Security notifications;
- Policy updates; and
- Other service-related communications.
Electronic communications may be used to provide notices, records, and confirmations relating to your transactions, subject to applicable law.
32. Force Majeure
Dijora will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters;
- Acts of government;
- War;
- Civil unrest;
- Internet or telecommunications failures;
- Power failures;
- Cyberattacks;

- Epidemics or pandemics; or
- Other events beyond reasonable control.
33. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights or protections that apply under the laws of the consumer’s jurisdiction where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
34. Disputes
If you have a complaint or dispute concerning Dijora, you should first contact us at info@dijoraonline.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
We will seek to resolve disputes fairly and in good faith.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the courts or other dispute-resolution mechanism having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
35. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
36. No Waiver
A failure by Dijora to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
37. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Seller Terms, Affiliate Terms, and any other policies or additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Dijora regarding your use of the Website.
Additional terms may apply to specific services, including Seller or Affiliate programmes.
38. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Dijora’s prior written consent where such consent is legally required.
Dijora may assign or transfer its rights or obligations where reasonably necessary for the operation, restructuring, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
